UPDATE #1: I want to upgrade this post. Tim, a Manager, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know that he wanted me to become a happy customer. After, I explained that his support supplier piled all around my bed, and the items underneath my bed, billed me an outrageous cost and that they were running a promotion for servicing a house/yard much bigger than mine to get $135, he provided me support for 1/2 of what I was billed ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt good read review about his deal. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim when my employees treated people and supplied service how Stanley had done, I'd have given my services away for free and done anything necessary to fix the issue. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim just called back and said he felt bad about the way I'd been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It's actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I expect Stanley invests in training its employees on customer service and being good citizens.
